Short, because there is not much to say.

There is no subscription, no trial, and no paid tier. If that ever changes, existing accounts keep what they have and you will be told well before anything is asked of you. Nothing in this app is designed to convert you into a customer.
By using Particular Palate you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not, do not use it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must be the parent, guardian, or authorised caregiver of any child whose data you enter.
Particular Palate records what you type and does arithmetic on it. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or set targets. It is not a medical device and has not been reviewed by any regulator.
Growth percentiles come from the WHO Child Growth Standards and are a reference, not a verdict. Your feeding plan comes from your dietitian and cleft team, and every decision to change volumes, thicken, restrict, fortify, or stop belongs to them.
If your child is struggling to breathe, turning blue or grey, is limp, or will not wake to feed, that is an emergency. Call emergency services. Do not open this app.
You are responsible for your password and for anyone you deliberately share a child profile with. Email confirmation is turned off so that a new parent at 3 a.m. can start logging immediately, which means an address typed wrong at sign-up cannot be recovered from. You can correct it in Settings at any time.
The numbers here are only as good as what you enter in the middle of the night. Export your data and read it before an appointment rather than trusting a screen you have not checked. If a number looks wrong, it probably is, and it came from a keystroke rather than from the maths.
This runs on free hosting and a free database tier. It will occasionally be slow, and it can go down. Do not make it the only place a number exists — use the export.
Particular Palate is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including decisions made on the basis of what it displays. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on certain liabilities, in which case those limits do not apply to you.
Delete your account whenever you like; see the privacy policy for what happens to the data. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to harm someone, and we will say why.
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and you will see a notice in the app the next time you sign in. Continuing to use it after that is acceptance.
